Conor Oberst @ Governors Ball 2015

The Brooklyn multi-venue music, film, and art festival is making it’s return this year with headliners alt-Americana singer Conor Oberst doing a co-headlining show with Country Alternative singer Kacey Musgraves (who just released a remix of Miguel’s “waves”) along with The Felice Brothers as well as, Brian Wilson performing Pet Sounds (for the last time?) with openers Hinds and actual human ball of sunshine ROSTAM.

Along with them, there’s a solid undercard of fuzzy indie-pop acts like Diet Cig, Colleen Green, and Long Beard. As different showcases and acts get announced, there will be more venues and especially free shows at McCarren Park like CHVRCHES and Against Me! who have performed in previous lineups. The first free show announced this year  is Wolf Parade at McCarren.
