Brooklyn singer Mitski may be back in the studio upstate working on her fourth LP, but she is playing some smaller shows here in NYC.

The first show, is an acoustic set for the closing night of Rooftop Films’ summer movie series at Industry City, located in Downtown Brooklyn neighborhood Sunset Park. Playing a shorter set to open for the short films, the set is promised to be a more casual setting. With doors at 8PM, Mitski goes on at 8:30.

Later this year in October, the vocalist is playing Brooklyn’s Shea Stadium for Vocal Fry performing alongside poets Margaret Ross, Leslie Jamison, and Jenny Zhang.
